Does he really think that an extra 6 cm puts him in a whole different height category? I'm planning on getting the surgery myself, even at 182 cm after the surgery, I still won't consider myself tall. I'm glad he's happy with 179 cm though, but why did he only go for 6 cm instead of 8-10 cm? Lost opportunity.

I'm happy for him! Those who are talking shyt are hypocrites! You know good and well sadly Men who are shorter get treated like they are not such! Let's say if he was even shorter like a lil person. You know ppl stay trying to belittle others over height! You think in sports people don't view people differently. Thankfully they don't discriminate and a lot of the time the shorter players top the taller ones. Also he didn't do this for women! He never has issues with women. I mean look at him! I don’t understand the obsession with height in this country. Having grown up in Turkey I never felt like I was being judged for only being 5’11. I can’t say the same for the US but what I can say? There are countries where a man’s worth isn’t determined by how tall he is. There are societies where this is not so heavily focused on. Interesting is that Turkey is one of the top nations where people travel for this, even though the Turks generally don’t care how tall a man is.

happy for you, im 6'1 or 186 cm rn. I know for some people that might seem a lot, but in my country this height is pretty mid (Kazakhstan). I'm not going to do a surgery, i'm doing true natural lengthening methods (inversion training, sprints, micro healing, supplements) I agree with you, that taller height means more authority and power and everything, i wanna reach that level!
